The Ulysses Trust has again secured a number of places for the 2014 British 10k London
event, run annually in July by over 20,000 participants through the historic sites of London. We would
like to invite you to participate and help raise funds for the Ulysses Trust.

Expedition Awards 1 April 2013 to 31 October 2013
In the 7 months since 1 April, the Ulysses Trust has awarded over £98,000
supporting 23 adult reservist expeditions, 13 university cadet expeditions and 21 cadet expeditions.
Expedition activities have included mountaineering, trekking, diving, rock climbing, offshore sailing,
canoeing and parachuting – and they have taken place in such diverse locations as Iceland, Canada the USA,
Peru, the Caribbean, the Canaries, Malta, Nepal, as well as throughout the UK and much of Europe.

Summer Week for RAF Mountaineering
The RAF Mountaineering Association held its annual Summer Week in N Wales at the

The Trust held its 21st Annual General meeting at HMS President on the Thames on 11th July 2013.
CPO (SCC) Angela Edwards received the Best Cadet Expedition Award on behalf of the Marine Society and Sea Cadets.
