Make sure you enter your Unit Email Address correctly. You will be notified of the progress of the Application by email, so if the address is wrong, you will not hear anything ! You should get an email immediately the Application is verified - if not, please contact the Hon Operations Director (tel: 0208 409 0255).
The form can be completed off-line, but this is not recommended. (Note that the entered data is not saved until you click the
button while connected to the internet.) To save the form -
In the browser, while connected to the internet, select the File menu and click “Save As” and “Web Page, complete”. Select a suitable folder on your machine.
You can now disconnect from the internet.
Complete the form off-line, using your browser.
When finished,
Connect to the internet.
Click the button at the bottom of the form.
If your internet connection disconnects while you are completing the form, finish completing the form, and then re-connect to the internet. You will then be able to submit the form in the usual way.
